Terms and Conditions

Warranty

Warranty will commence post project closure sign-off for a period of 1 year. All equipment warranties will be under manufactures standard warranty terms. On receipt and delivery of equipment warranty certificates will be provided to the client.

Warranty includes replacement of faulty items due to manufacturing errors. Warranty does not include misuse of the products, physical damage caused by mishandling, damaged caused by faulty utility power such as surges outside of normal working environments.

Limitation of liability

cognihomes is not responsible for any third party hardware damage or malfunction.

In no event will cognihomes be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from its services or products, failure or damage to equipment, and claims against client by any third person; damages (regardless of their nature) for any delay or failure by cognihomes to perform its obligations under this agreement due to any cause beyond cognihomes reasonable control.

cognihomes is not responsible for damages and liability caused by fire, water damage, theft, injury, death, damage of property and any force majeure event.
